cariboo coffee macaroon review 9/14

Cariboo coffee drive through in Westminster next to the AMC 24 was so hopeful. At 1.75$ each they were much cheaper than Whole Foods so I was quite excited. How dissappointing when I bit into the super mushy sugar bombs that were their attempt at a macaroon. We are WELL ABOVE sea level so there is no good reason for anything to be mushy here. Crispy seems possible but not at Cariboo Coffee. Maybe they were thawed recently but regardless even for such a small price they aren't worth my money. Blegh. Mushy sugar bombs
